no , never any buzzes
sometimes toe cramps at night in bed, even when well hydrated. but it also might be related to toe yoga fatigue. it's not happened enough to isolate the variables

I will do a big 10-12ish gram dose on rare nights that I get less than 5 hrs of sleep..
I think it has helped, but nothing crazy
