Between pickleball and hockey I got 5 solid hours of cardio a week. So don’t get it.

Probably genetics,I thought I was in great shape as well,played tennis,fished and kept busy.I also weighted within 5 lbs of my adult weight of 175 lbs.I thought I was a goner as well,was actually gonna draw my pension early just to have get something that I paid for all my life.
Now I walk everyday and eat a boring health diet but I am still able to do everything I did when I was younger.Buy a blood pressure monitor and keep track of your BP.
Health is the only thing that matters!
