The last photo is of the seemingly very benign section that sent me to the ER. I was hauling ass through that flowy section and the bike just completely came out from under me.

Back at it today. Good to be back at Markham Park. South Florida’s best pound for pound mountain bike trails. You often feel like you’re in North Carolina.
I stopped quite a few times to take it all in (and a few times to back out of an Expert/Pro line that I felt like I wasn’t ready for yet it being only Day 2).
