Yeah. You can't call thar a fix though, it's just a fighter's brain weighing the pros and cons of continuing the fight
 
A fix doesn't have to be full on play by play. The fix is just "let's make sure to give the customers a good show. I won't go for the kill until after round three."

Or even, "look guy, I'm not trying to kill myself going all out 100%. I think i can beat you at 70%. I'll go to 100 if at any point i think I need to in order to win, but I don't want to have to."

Fix for round, method of win or victor isn't necessary, just a little collusion here and there is what makes these things so obvious (and boring).

That's a plan, not a fix! Are you saying that fighters are supposed to go full throttle from the opening bell just because people put money on the fight?

By that logic, a marathon would be decided in just a few minutes, in an all-out sprint, with the last guy standing getting awarded gold, everyone else puking their guts out around the 1 kilometer mark.

Y'all are not understanding the sport at all. It's about planning and budgeting.
