Try working on getting on the ground
That's the goal

It will be super hard at first
The more active you are on the ground the easier everything else gets

To work towards that
There's a bunch of activities you can do standing

I'll add them here if you are interested

I'm interested but the back pain from the arthritis is real and limits me to a few minutes of activity at a time.

Even something like mopping the floor or vacuuming causes lower back pain/discomfort fairly quickly.

For now walking and riding are my best options. Walking is more painful than riding so I ride more.

Davey are you thinking of doing this too?
Ozempic? No, fortunately my surgery worked properly, so my hunger and fullness queues allow me to eat like a normal human. I would consider it down the road if I had some kind of major relapse, but that would likely be more due to mental health than appetite issues.

If it grows in nature, buy it

If it doesn't, don't
Do Chapman's Yukon Ice Cream cones grow in nature? Asking for a friend.
yukon ice cream

I did it myself, thank you though. Just crop the pic by a tiny bit and the phone saves it back as a jpg. :handshake:
