House has been basically unused for a year. That's the front door cam. Running around takes you to the side door (and more windows). Not much of value there except some TVs.
 
it doesn't look like they are scouting, they had been there before
 
Strange. We don't get packages there, no mail, nothing. Maybe just opportunists checking to see if doors are locked?

Don't have video history past last week so dunno if I can see when they've been there before. Oh well.
 
maybe they just wanted to confirm it is indeed empty, empty houses in nice neighborhoods gets packages delivered (dark web pez for example) to, while they track the packages and pick up right away, easy transportation
 
Typical residential burglary MO usually goes like this:

One of the bad guys will knock on the front door (if they have a female in their crew she will be the one knocking because she’s less suspicious looking).

If someone answers the door, the bad guy/girl will ask something like “is John home?” The homeowner will say “who’s John?” Then the bad guy/girl will just walk away

If no one answers, one or 2 other bad guys will go around to the back of the house and smash out the sliding door (so a patrol car/neighbors walking) won’t see them.

Nah. 2hrs away. Gonna go next weekend for some stuff.
 
There have been a lot of it going around my are lately. I think it may be a case of more people with Ring, along with more 2nd home owners.
 
was a decent vehicle so could they have been house shopping in that area.Looks like a nice heritage house.I had my garage broken into about ten years ago so I have a suspicious mind but that appears innocent too me.
Then again that might have been why I got robbed
