Ok let me clarify what I meant, I am not used to seeing people group Christians and Catholics when it comes to certain practices as Lent, Ash Wednesday, ECT. because most of the christian, I.E. protestant, non denominational, etc. in my town didn't practice the same things.
 
Greek Orthodox and I believe Russian Orthodox celebrate it as well.
Right. Orthodox is another Christian subset.

Yes...Catholics traditionally put more weight on Lent than do protestants in terms of Ash Wednesday and sacrifice etc.
 
Catholicism is a specific religion that falls under Christianity. An easy way to remember is if the religion believes in Jesus Christ than they're Christians. Episcopalians, Protestants, Methodists, Baptists, Pentecostals are all Christians.
