I'm certainly not a troll. Reminds me of a recent incident where stevek referred to Hannah from Girls as a "butterface." Wrong word.

No, I'm sorry but you're just so consistently ripe for satire. I'm sure you don't see it and you feel like you're making sense, but the concentration of contradictions, strawmen, logical fallacies and false assumptions within your "points" is always right off the charts.

I recommend in the strongest terms putting me on ignore as you should with all horrible people.
 
Had me going until that overpopulation comment pal. :lol: kind of hits on a deep philosophical point imo. I mean enough is enough with all this couples/ reprodicing stuff. Maybe we should be striving for the opposite, or at least not push this mate stuff on everybody :dunno:

I don't think most people have prioritized lists per se. I kind of look at the total package, but there are some things that are not negotiable. I have dated people who really didn't make my "total package" requirement in the past and regretted it, gotten out and then lamented the wasted time.

I didn't really think of it as settling though...it was more what worked for me at the time for various reasons.

No this thread is actually pretty astute. It's easy to say that the current state of things is fine, with each individual setting their own standards which are in keeping with their level of desperation. But in the bigger picture, people really should stop being so fussy, given how dangerously underpopulated the world is becoming.
