with her doing indigent work for the State I am sure there is a way I can garnish through the Comptroller's Office. At least I think I should be able to. She has to file for payment from the State within a specific period of time after the case is completed.

Usually self employed /contractors are exempt from garnishment but I would definitely check it out as laws may be different there. If nothing else I would do everything you can to make her miserable. Spend $100 just to make her life hell ..especially the interrogatories. People hate filling those out ...Having a bench warrant out would not be so good for an attorney. We had a few picked up on those for failure to answer. Some just paid as to avoid having to answer them and give all their financials.

Oh and you may know, but a lien only comes into play when she goes to sell the property.

Oh and all the costs of collecting get added to her as well...assuming you can collect on it eventually.

The judge told me I have to wait 14 days before I can get a certified judgment from the clerk's office. Then yeah I will unleash the hounds!! thank you! Any more advice you have...toss it my way!

So so cold here thought Lori would not want to come today. I called her and she said, can't come Wed so will come today and Friday. I make all plans around this and just now she calls and says too cold..will come Wednesday instead. Really doesn't matter that much to me but geez...I would have scheduled differently.

Just be careful as far as giving her the heads up..she may try to transfer the property or open on line banks or something..who knows...if she is a lawyer, she is probably one step ahead as far as what you are able to do to her. But some things she can't avoid..like the interrogatories...you have to hire a process server to serve those btw... Good Luck and if I think of anything else I will let you know or feel free to pm me anytime with any questions. Get her psychopath! lol If all else fails give her what you gave Quincy!

I have to admit you kind of lost me there, but a trip to the ER and a last minute plane ticket price are probably are going to be more painful than just waiting it out.
 
Ok so sometimes WWF will offer to let me play a random person. Not usually but once in a great while the competitor wants to chat. Like yesterday this person says "hi." I say "hi" to be polite. Then person says "I live in USA South Carolina. Where do you live?"

Now I find that to be weird. Like really weird .....and annoying. But again, being polite I say "Denver" then today he/she says "Afternoon"

Wth? I mean maybe that's what people do in the gaming world or something? I don't know but there are only a handful of people I want to communicate with on a daily basis and EDY ice cream is not one of them.

So here's a weird thing. Whenever I get a random challenge in WWF, it's for a game in the Dutch language. Same thing in Wordfeud, a completely different scrabble game. To add to the strange coincidence, I am half-Dutch, but I can't think of any reason my phone would know that.

That is really weird...especially both games...phone spirit.
 
I used to do a lot of random challenges on Wordfeud, and people were clearly using that game as a dating site.

I'll tell you one thing that was 100%. If I got set up on a challenge, and the other user's picture was a black man, he would resign after the first play. 100%. This happened a lot.

You mean cuz you were ahead so much already or because you have a picture up? I don't have a picture on my game ..didn't even know you could do that.

Because of my name, actually. I'm pretty sure I was using a picture of my goat.

Interestingly, I never saw black women on Wordfeud, either, which leads me to believe that Wordfeud is where black men go to pick up white women.
