That vietnamese place looks really good, vietnamese sandwiches are about my favorite food.

I can never get enough of food trucks, it is just a way for chefs to be creative. So many good chefs that work in restaurants have to conform to that particular restaurants menu, and it is too expensive for many of them to start a restaurant. You could never get these type of fusions in alot of restaurants.

It is too expensive to try alot of this creative fusion stuff in restaurants and I never see alot of the stuff on food trucks in restaurants. So many parts of the country dont have alot of them and even in DC and LA and around the country they seem to be getting more creative.

I am waiting for more high end ice cream trucks. The only problem is finding the food trucks.

I have a ford truck , I may start selling shrimp or seafood out of the back if I keep losing at gambling. When I used to work construction they would have these food trucks come around and they were awful. Now there is a construction site down the road from me where they are buiding condos and they got high end tacos and great mexican food, even the condiments are awesome. pineapple salsas, cilantro, onions radishes, limes. You can eat like a king on some of these sites, I just cant handle the heights these guys have to get up to working construction downtown. I need to start selling seafood

get me a shrimp boat,a good food truck selling creole food or just good seafood shrimp. thats the ticket. women like men that can cook

flying fish. A new way to serve rice burgers at yo sushi using food laden drones. They can control these mini helicopters using ipads, They need to get these at the yo sushi in DC, alot of drones that need work around here.

"As a way of easing the burden on waiting staff, its an idea that could certainly get off the ground.
The Yo! Sushi chain of restaurants is trialling a mini helicopter to serve its customers.
The gadget has four rotors and can travel at up to 25 miles an hour or more than six times a waiters usual walking speed.

Known as the iTray, it is controlled with an iPad, which restaurant staff tip in the direction they want the food to travel.
Staff load the tray, fly it to a customers table up to 50 yards away, and return it when they see the food has been removed.

It is not Yo! Sushis only foray into automated food delivery. It was the first UK chain to introduce conveyor belt service and speaking robot drinks trolleys"

The problem with gimmicks like this, is that the food is usually crap. Great food shouldn't need a gimmick.

Bingo...

We don't advertise but still are keeping afloat with plans to open more stores in the future...

Gregm, thanks mate. So far weve had the cleveland rocks, the ramen burger, the burgza and the 'on the range'.

All quite unique in their own way and it takes work to make a flavour combo that not only works but also works with alot of our pre-existing product...
