Is heating up an unopened rotiserrie chicken cooking?

Alright my significant other cooks every day for me multiple times so I decided to return the favor by volunteering to oven heat an unopened rotiserrie chicken that we have in the fridge. It is unopened by us and I 100% volunteered, I say it's cooking and my significant other says it is not.

Altight boyz - the meals I make are cooking, taking a raw product and heating to a USDA approved temperature so that it is edible.
Re -heating an already cooked item, is NOT cooking.

Bacon could say He'll fix dinner, but he cannot say he will be cooking it as it has already been cooked.
