He didn't quite say that. He said bio psychological weapon. That the U.S. uses these health crisis exaggerating their severity to scare foreign nations as a terror tactic. A couple of days ago he said that on Weibo and the Chinese bloggers hammered him as these are extreme cases that merit the highest degree of prevention and attention. While there are basis for what he said most everybody in China understand the delicate nature of this situation.
But then a day later the anglo newspaper/blogs took this story and fuck it up. Ironic that what the colonel said about the U.S. and media scaremongering people turned out true. Except in another direction and target. And most everybody will swallow it without a second thought. I lol'd.
