Maybe it's cause I don't get drunk or drink but at what point does someone drinking consciously lose the ability to be responsible for themselves and a bartender or someone conscious take over that responsibility?

I mean I get what you are saying but at some point the drunk is too drunk to be trusted with being responsible for not getting in their vehicle and killing you in a head on collision, right?

I would say they both are responsible. There is an incentive for bars to sell as much liquor as possible. It's only fair imo that they are required to not serve obviously wasted patrons.

Blitty, (slightly)drunk driving is fun. A driver should be judged on how he is driving period.

Especially if it's that weak 3% alcohol swill shit that our friendly Yanks are used to drinking.

Pucky, get a clue.

LIGHTWEIGHTS, nothing under 7% here.

Bogus site!!! Most of those beers listed in American do not disclose the alcohol content on the label. I always found this to be really strange when in Vegas or wherever.

I'd bet my life that that shit beer budweiser is not 5.0 % alcohol.

You'd bet your life? That sounds -EV

Budweiser is an import delicacy beer in most of the world.

A lot of that is controlled by the states. Every microbrew here has the alcohol/vol on the label. I even checked the west coast ones like Stone and Rogue and it's on there too. My friends own a Budweiser distributorsHip and it is 5% here. Draft beer is a lower percentage at stadiums.
