I think I might have to make some, though three months....ughhh....that's a long time to wait. :(

Don't have to go so extreme. Just put around 8 or 10 peppers in a blender and grind it down. Chop the onions to the size you prefer. Put it in vinegar and add salt to it, again to your preference. Do it in a glass container and put it outside under the sun for it to soak for around 10 days.

It will be elementary but you'll go adjusting it to your liking. Some people add carrots, some pickles, different type of chili peppers etc. There's not one method, it's all ghetto up to your liking.

I do not find it ghetto, some of the worlds best foods are fashioned in such a manor.
How do the red jalapenos differ from the green? what kind do you use?
I think I might add some fresh garlic cloves to mine though....just a couple.
how much vinigar, that is the trickiest part...everything else is to taste, no problema, pero el vinigar es la parte ms difcil

rj how much you think it would cost me to get someone to bring/cook me one meal a day? (dinner)

Depends on what you want to eat, but I bet you could get something decent for as cheap as $15 a week. I used to give my friends mom money for groceries and it was only like $10 a week and she would give me 2 meals a day if i wanted.
