hah...no, nothing like that...just an old warehouse and shelter for farming equipment and supplies or fishing stuff would be my guess...we had some major flooding a year or so ago and the land out there was under 5ft or more of water...

they share the parking lot with Horseshoe

there was a golf course back there....lolzzz

but there is nothing but farmland, the casinos, a few golf courses and shooting range and on the other side of the highway there is an outlet mall...

the casinos paid a pretty penny for the land...problem now is, casino biz is fairly saturated with 10 or so casinos in the area...during the week, they are all pretty dead until the evenings... they have also found an abundance of natural gas in the area and thats going to drive land prices up even more...that gas gives the farmers a steady monthly paycheck...honestly, i doubt they do anymore building...there have been plenty of buyouts and name changes over the years...no real need to build anything else
