I dont think Nash is even top 10, and when factoring salary may not be a top 20 player.

It depends on the team's needs. Is Nash the best player in the NHL right now? If yes, then it was a good deal. Is Nash the equivalent of Jordan when he was with the Bulls for example?

Nash is overrated, has done well when playing for team Canada, but that was when he was surrounded by great players. Put him with mediocre players, and he never made them better, and scored of bunch of goals, that were mostly meaningless.

he should score 40 goals. are the rangers a better team. I am not sure, Nash can score, but what else does he do? At $7.8 million, I want a more complete player.
