No joke, I've had almost the same here a few times. The actual feathers were gone but the little clear/white sticks that hold the feathers on - whatever those are - hadn't been plucked. Couldn't eat them.

MrM, I'm trying this recipe this week. It's going to be a massive mission for me since I'll only make 8 or so but I haven't had proper wings in years. Thank you for this!

in the US I couldn't find them, probably too far, but maybe in Aus is different cause it's closer in a philippines market

They sell those in Asian markets here. I don't think I could do it. I've looked at them, have seen others eat them, etc. I just don't think I have it in me.
