I finally got it back from the shop. After 25,000 miles they said I had to replace the chain and sprockets (Bread I thought of you!). I also put a new battery because it wouldn't start and did a tune up and now I'm ready to conquer the mean roads of Georgia again. Watch out car drivers!

This is a picture of my bike (not mine but I will wash mine tomorrow).

Awesome! if this spring is any indication I bet y'all have a HOT atlanta summer. I've never ridden on a motorcycle, when its hot, is the wind refreshing, or is the helmet and lack of AC oppressive?
 
If you are going 60 mph or more your helmet and jacket have vents and cools you off. It's never an issue in the mornings when I go to work because it's low 70's. It gets hot at 5 especially if you get stuck in traffic. But since I ride on express lane this is rarely an issue. If it gets very hot I don't wear the jacket.

good stuff Pawny! oddly enough I just was talking to my friend DJ, about his new purchase of a scooter. I'm ready to get my first motorized vehicle since my moped in college
