Unless there's something really preventing you from going Tomato ie a girlfriend, can't get a passport, etc... DO THIS!!!

So many people rock up to foreign countries with nothing more than a backpack and a few bucks. You have the chance to be set up with a job and make a really good wage relative to the country. I'd go in a heartbeat. Who cares if you don't know Spanish? I didn't know German, Italian, Norwegian, etc... when I moved to those countries. I learned what I needed/wanted to as I went along. Watch some Telemundo and Sesame Street before you go and you'll be set.

Bay area is very excellent Tomato but you would have learned Spanish relatively quickly had you taken the other job.
