the place i was looking at was like 23k but that area isn't considered very nice (they say it was farc territory not so many years ago) and the property wasn't much, no pool that's for sure. surely you could put that in though.

up by the airport rio negro and it's surrounds. uribe's area. you couldn't get a house, pool and a couple acres for under 200k.
 
that place was actually owned by a canadian, no problems there, guy was getting divorced from paisa, 2 kids (these chicks could drive anyone nuts) ( guy died from drug od in canada this year apparently, sad) didn't know him. didn't buy the place cause i'd just bought the car, and was needing to save for a place that would get me an investment visa. that's not necessary any more, of course i'm broke now, so whatever.

i will get my finca one day for sure though. i will grow a long beard. i will have 7 dogs. no cats. and a pony for emily. you can live in guest house.
 
He started 5 times and averaged less than five innings per start. The last straw was when he went to the bullpen and allowed 5 baserunners in an inning of work, giving up 3 runs.

Teams are always going to be attracted to former Cy Young candidates (like Bartolo Colon who won and Willis who came second in 2005). For the Giants there is no risk and a decent (although realistically a low probability of an) upside.
