Yes, I got some consulting work for about another 2 months. Nothing long term yet though. I will be saddened when that day arrives as I quite liked unemployment.

Glad something came along.
Maybe the consulting thing will lead to something more. Hell, I deal with some consultants in the environmental field and they have the best of both worlds as it is. They spend an hour or two a month for a exaggerated fee dealing with our issues and have free time to do whatever the rest of the time. You get a couple of gigs like that and it's almost like a permanent paid vacation.
