Awesome! I am a spice as you go kind of girl, and if I had the time I would do it right and let it simmer all day, but there is no time for that tonight. So I hike the heat up and make in double the time!

One of my favorite ways to eat it is with mash potatoes on the bottom, then chilli, then cheese, then sour cream, then chives.

How bout you Saulty? any particular way you eat it, or just as is?

I get my recipe from my aunt and mom, only I use less beans, and more pepper, onion, and meat. (I don't really like beans)

Cami it was a joke about grandma recipe. We don't have chili in Greece. I top mine with cheese and sour cream.
