What is your favorite Christmas show/movie?

I like It's a Wonderful Life and White Christmas as far as movies.

Holy fuck I hate it's a wonderful life. My wife watches it every year. Weirdo.

I am not a fan of this animated movie about a kid who hops on this magical kind of train, loses a ticket etc. Hat e that movie. I started to watch the scrooge one last year. The old classic one. Started to get into it, but forgot to watch the rest.

I'm not overly christmassy, but I have to act like I am for my boys. I actually had xmas music on in the car this morning while driving my boys to school. KInd of felt good. I think it was some johnny reid or whatever his name is. I think he's Scottish or something.

I am basically ignoring Christmas this year due to circumstance. My dad died 10 years ago tomorrow. Mom has no concept of the holiday. Just not worth the hassle this year. I never thought I would feel this way about Christmas. I have not put up one Christmas decoration-and there are plenty of them here.

But I will watch IAWL. Tradition.


I just reread this and though it sounds rather "poor me," it is not intended to. I'm actually glad I have decided to forego the stress.
