Grandfather would order pizza with anchovies and no cheese. Just anchovies on top of the sauce. Guy was born in Italy and didn't eat cheese. Sick fuck.

If I'm in the mood for toppings I like sausage and meatballs

IMO, if a pizza has an exceptional crust, sauce and cheese it does not need toppings.

I've found that I enjoy pizza more when I order it "well done with extra sauce".

We don't like crusts that are not crispy.
