$1000 limits? What do you mean? Like $100/hand on blackjack? Colorado is $25 straight up to a number on roulette,(pays $875) or used to be. I can't play big like I used to anymore anyway. I probably shouldn't have even come here but there is no other place that's close to go for a weekend.

It is a most beautiful place however. Out in the middle of nowhere. Weird.

I mean if you want to put $1000 on a hand of blackjack, you can. Crazy shit.....
Yeah no desire or ability to play like that anymore. I once was up $5000 on bj in LV...took $1000 put it on black on wheel. Red. Looked at my friend said "that was stupid..let's go to the room. Don't tell anyone at work. " We still "laugh" about that.

what do you play?
I do everything by trial and error. Slot club people are notoriously full of misinformation and stupidity.

Mostly roulette (I know worst odds but I play a way that minimizes losses and comps over years have made up for it), play BJ but usually get bored and end up back at the roulette table.

Used to play slots but very rare any more.

Yeah, players club people I know were just ignorant. I couldn't tell if the host (giant black man with cornrows who probably pissed off because he was about to be off work) was confused, stupid, or just hoping I was/would be. I mean...really..it was surreal. The honesty deal was really strange. REALLY strange.

Hahaha. Towels are put in your hotel room for the pool. If you do not bring your towels back to the room they charge you for them.

I am going to turn up the heat to 90 and put the A-1 in my purse.

Do you really Archie? I would LOVE to play a serious game of roulette with a table full of posters.

i've played for about 30 nerve wracking minutes in my lifetime over the course of 3 maybe 4 casino visits

a sorta graduated martingale

I've never lost

last time was on on my 1 year anniversary, we made 45 dollars

I don't play roulette but if you can make up 5%+ in comps/benefits I should be asking you for advice
I used to easily easily do that. I think the CP people used to tell me they gave back somewhere like %30 of anticipated losses in comps. I know it was a high number that stunned me. Like I said, so much of that is the mark up on room service stuff. I used to order bottles of wine in Laughlin and pack them and take them home...lol... I'm sure the fact that I got to know the dealers/pitt bosess didn't hurt ..maybe that helping my rating..I dk. The trap is playing for the comps. I fell into that trap and hard to get out of once you get used to all the benes...sometimes I felt "beholding" to play a certain way because they had given me RFB, limo, shows etc...

I used to have several books on comps...one was called Comp City but sure it is out of date. I played for SO long, not realizing how easy it was to get so much comped. Once I caught on I never had a problem asking for my due again.

lol. Most I ever won in one night was about 7k....I was soooo close to 10 and my friends kept urging me to go til I got to 10k....kept playing...ended up with 7....but that was in Laughlin where there were limits $25 straight up to number so it was a really good night...actually my best night anywhere even with higher limits. That's why I think I love roulette. I don't know any othr games where you can go from way down to way up so quickly. It's the adrenaline thing. I can't get that from blackjack.

Tell me about your system. Also tell me why we are both on vacation and posting at GL at 11 pm .

Reno..I can have friend who takes care of my place look and see if I still have those books. I'm sure they are outdated and I don't remember them being OVERLY informational but definitely a good starting point. if I have them I can arrange to get them to you next time I'm in Denver. I think same guy did a couple books Max Rubin.

Without Cialis/Viagra I couldn't assuage anyone.
hahaha....

OMG. That meal was probably worth the cost of the room. Maybe it's cuz I haven't eaten real restaurant food in I don't know how long, but that was better than anything I ever remember getting room service wise anywhere.

btw...What's the deal on tipping on room service when they add %20 to the food charge...I always get that one wrong. I think I usually over do it. Girl didn't even do the set up...basically wheeled in the cart. I had to pull the steak plate and veggie/potato out of the warming thingie and ow..hot. Anyone?

No extra tip necessary. I usually do anyway, but I'm a sucker.
