Best Hotel/Worst casino ever. I don't know if the hosts are that stupid, or if they are told to talk in circles about their comp system. I have not paid for a room/drink/dinner/show in Las Vegas/Laughlin in 10 years. Once I had one of the 3 amigos (Broncos) as a host briefly I learned the ins and outs of how the system works. I know how they rate average bet size and length of play. I know the casinos don't tell you all the secrets, but they can tell you quite a bit.
These guys keep repeating "they are not like Vegas" but I have been told
1. If you win we can comp you, if you lose we can comp you, but if you break even we have no record so nothing to comp you on?
2. Our system is based on "honesty." I still have no idea what this means.
3. We comp based on "play." I have no idea what this means if it is not bet size/length of play. Guy said it wouldn't matter if I bet $1 or $100 per hand/spin WTF.
4. Told me as of now, they could give me $97 off my room but his could go up or down dependingon some factor which could not be explained. If it's not about bet averages or time played wtf.
5. Tells me "We're not like Vegas, we don't send you a coupon in the mail. We have hosts." WTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...I miss PERRY HANDELMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The room is most excellent...nicer than I expected, but I'm just going to get pissed off trying to understand their system. I think the hosts have no idea..it's some computer formula and they are just told to throw out some catch phrases that make no sense.
They don't know they are dealing with IN ACTION GIRL. I feel like TEDDY KGB typing in angry caps.
Any casino gamblers run into this kind of bullshit before? It's not even that I care about the comps as much as STUPID PEOPLE PISS ME OFF!!

PERRY HANDELMAN...CALL ME! Fixing to order a bottle of wine room service and go back and clean them out. He also told me they showed me "up on them" in their system which I don't think is correct. I am not sure what that would have to do with anything anyway. Fokkers.
