I was in Toronto in July, but didn't think it was that busy. 130 projects is great for the construction industry.

Apparently, the vast majority of condos in my building are owned by Chinese investors who have never seen the units. Some of them have bought bundles of condos, up to a couple dozen of them at once.

Unreal these foks.



My landlord is an Indian dude from Brampton. Nice guy. He regrets his investment (value basically hasn't moved in 5 years.)
