the dude is a semi celebrity, so he had a tv show where people would call in to win prizes, the calls were rerouted to a "900" type erotic number without their knowledge and then billed. they only got him for $1000 bucks though so he won't even spend a day in jail, only a couple of people came forward so he claims they are making shit up.
