The People vs. Larry Flynt

I watched this on tv tonight, (uncut) on TV Ontario.

This is still one of my all time favourite films. I had not seen it in quite some time and glad I watched it again.

I enjoyed that too. He was totally violated only for being 100% honest.

It was pretty good. Director Milos Forman makes some weird (bad) choices at time for casting - such as using Courtney Love for a couple films around that time - and the chick who played Amadeus' wife was soooo bad.

It's weird. He makes very good movies and it's like he is trying to sabotage them.

I thought Love was very good in People v. Flynt. Of course, playing a coked up slut wasn't much of a stretch for her.

Don't forget I think they took out a million dollar policy on Courtney Love to stay clean during the movie.... apparently she did not fail a drug test.
