Stevies, because of you I'm actually getting ready to make a big salad. 7am. Mixed greens, blue cheese, honeyed walnuts, red onion, cukes, balsamic vinegar and olive oil followed by a liberal sprinkling of salt and pepper.

It was an excellent idea I had, yes. It is good in all situations but nowhere moreso than when driving a car with a coffee.
