Stevie me no pro but this is what The Daft does

Stevie I buy a lot of cage free/local/organic stuff that can get pricey but just buy the local supermarket stuff if the budget is tight

Wake up: piece of fruit and an espresso

2.5 mile run

Breakfast: 6 egg white omelette with a half slice of American cheese and a piece of dry rye toast. Half cup of apple juice with 2 multi vitamins and an Omega 3/6/9

mid morning snack: carrots with hummus and a protein shake

Lunch: Chicken breast/brown rice and brocolli (another mulit vitamin and another Omega 3/6/9

Post workout protein shake ( I like the Jay Robb chocolate one)

Dinner: More chicken or sushi/sashimi (rough on the wallet) with brown rice (smaller portion than lunch) and a steamed veggie)

Desert: Skinny Cow makes some nice deserts. Or just chuck down some low sodium ham/turkey (one more multi vitamin)

If you have some regular desert it won't kill you if the portion size is small

Thanks a lot bud I was looking for something like this

Blitty they make 1-a-day ones too and I'm sure those are fine but I buy the ones where you take 2 with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner to spread it out. I don't take any multi's on Sunday to give my body a break
