Love the way they ended it. You get out of it feeling like you actually lived in Baltimore for a couple of years.

Snoop got picked up the other day on some shit straight out of The Wire....year long investigation...60 people busted in raids at 4am in the rain

It's said how the epic writing turned to shit with that BS storyline in season 5 though, completely ridiculous imo

I loved The Wire. At some point I'll watch it again from episode 1 but I might hold off for a bit.

I'm currently in my 3rd spin through the series.

Starting the third disc of the fourth season in a few minutes. So far, this is my favorite season.

yeah, I saw that news about snoop....

unreal. but I think it was hard to expect a convicted killer to totally clean up her act, do some tv and never go back.

It was gonna be tough for her to do many other roles. I mean how many ganging-banging muscle killer lesbians are there?

that first scene she did with her shopping for nail guns, will always come to my mind when I'm shopping at home depot forever more.

Robby, if you got sent to jail and snoop was your cell mate, would you put up a fight when she wanted some extracurricular yard time in your bed? or would you just go with it?

I can't even begin to make a list of my favorite characters. There's barely a weak one in the whole series.

I told my fianee last night, seeing as how i'm mostly Irish. When I die first thing is first...I want a real live Irish wake, with my body laid out on a bar or pool table or somthing. with people drinking, telling stories, laughing and singing songs.

then she can cremate me and spread my ashes over the computer, where it will be logged on to mudcat's random thoughts thread
