Slowest Skrill payout ! Still waiting

Requested a wire to my RBC account Wednesday of last week. Didn't show up by Friday as expected.

Checked this morning and funds still not received.

Skrill indicated in an email the transfer was ent Oct 10.

I've never had to wait this long for a Skrill payout before.

Didn't think it was available to non European residents.

don't see it as an option for Canadians.

they just added it for me a few weeks ago, for some reason i thought canada too, maybe not.

I received an email response from skrill customer service this afternoon after opening a ticket this morning.

It basically said the funds were sent yesterday (Oct 14) which was a bank holiday here in Canada.

I expect my money will show up in my bank acct tomorrow if not by the end of the business day today.

Customer service seems to have improved since they started as Skrill. Less than 8 hours for a response, used to take weeks, sometimes they never replied.

I'm not a Skrill VIP member, my transaction limit is $20k per 90 days.

Years ago Moneybookers messaging system was brutal. They just wouldn't respond, so I ended up calling in and they took care of whatever my issue was.

Since they changed to Skrill their system overall is much better, IMO (Wally).

Card is pretty much worthless unless you moved 15k+ a month, i havent ordered it yet.
