Baltimore Maryland - A federal grand jury has returned indictments charging two gambling businesses and three defendants with conducting an illegal gambling business and money laundering. The two indictments were returned on April 26, 2011 and unsealed today. As part of the investigation, 11 bank accounts located in Charlotte, North Carolina; Guam; Panama; Malta; Portugal; and the Netherlands; and domain names associated with 10 internet gambling sites were also seized today.

they have already been seized. the same thing happened when pokerstars was seized (where some people were claiming it wasn't seized, because they could still log on).

I just called dsi, are my betpoints safe? LOL They already stopped me from earning them, now I was just planning on using them for the punta cana package. It doesnt really matter what happens with payouts , I am pretty sure after poker stars I will get my money but all those years of saving betpoints and never spending them for free payouts ,cash, may really be paying off for me.LOL. I am an idiot.
