Saw something on mlb dot com about 100 years of Fenway. It asked to share your memories. Here are some of mine:

The shitty 400 layers of paint peeling off the iron.
The shitty paint peeling iron obstructing an inordinate number of seats.
The ongoing complaints about shitty lockerrooms (home and away).
The onging complaints about shitty press boxes and the shitty calls it leads to.
The shitty piss-troughs that you have to share with 8 other shitty (litterally drunk) fans.
The shitty clossed concourse that you have to go onto to buy things thus missing the game.
The shitty seating capacity that leads to..
The shitty ticket prices for even the shitty SRO seats.
An amazing first MLB experience with my father (not so shitty).

Congrats on having perhaps the shittiest park in the Majors Boston (i've never been to Wrigley but i heard it sucks too). What a joke this place is. Tradition is great, inovation is better. Go Yanks.

Does the overusage of the word "shitty" as the main crux of your arguement increase or decrease the meaning/value of the word shitty? Sure its a shitty arguement using the word shitty ten billion times or does shitty become the eqivalent of the everyone is a winner lets give them a trophy for participation?

Increase. Thanks for reading.

Ah so Fenway gets "shitty" points because of its participation in the over 100 year old baseball stadium club huh? Well if they take ten percent of the salaries of the chicken eating, card playing, bench riding players last year they could have made some improvements to lift Fenway out of the mud and give the old girl a good plastic surgery.

I have some great memories of Fenway with my father and grandfather.

But the seats are small and uncomfortable, and some are behind a poll and face the outfield.

the Henry ownership have spent so much money rehabbing the park, that there is no way the build a new park. a new park might come with a new owner.
