I loved that show too!! It had one episode that had me bawling like a baby. Normally I hate stuff that makes me cry but that is one I will rewatch. It was the one where he met Al's wife Beth and it ended with hologram Al dancing with Beth to Ray Charles' "Georgia on My Mind". I love it when I can catch a rerun on tv.

Just asked MrsM and she remembers that episode clearly and was tear jerking! Any idea where they might have reruns showing? She did watch the reruns but like any show eventually the stations stop showing them!

I think the SciFi (or is now the ScyFy ?) channel shows reruns.

Never saw Quantum Leap but he was Captain Archer of the Starship Enterprise on the series, Enterprise. That is no small potatoes.

He was also in the movie American Beauty as a gay guy who disgusts the Chris Cooper character (who of course turns out to be a closet case himself).

I always call him Scott Bunnula for some reason.

most acting in tv shows from 20-25yrs was crappy... He was very good in Men of a Certain Age ... the 2 years it aired, it was one of the best shows on tv.

Someday I'm going to be on Jeopardy and there is going to be a question, "This Quantum Leap star was also Captain Archer on the TV Series, Enterprise." And I will confidently buzz in and Alex will call upon me and I will say:

"Who is Scott Bunnula, Alex?"

And then while he stares dumbfounded at me for a moment, I will drive it home with emphasis because that's how I intend to roll on my Jeopardy appearance: "Bunnula."


Got it all planned out.
