been playing really well as of late including 2 big wins at home last week and only loss in last 5 was to a buzzer beater on the road...Charleston shitting on big wins early in the season by losing 7 of last 9, including ugly home losses to teams they hammered earlier this season...definitely a home team momentum play with the hopes that Samford didnt totally blow their wad the other day beating Davidson...

Generic home court advantages built in RayRay. I allowed 2.5 in this case. By no means do I know how relevant that is or isn't. since I haven't had long enough to develop a real sense of most schools or even conferences.

RayRay, I don't really have a clue about the game. I just wanted to discuss something that wasn't dark and gloomy. You know much more than I do about the sport, the teams and the conferences. I was just bored.

completely understandable, wally... -2.5 for mid-small conferences, you have some serious tinkering to do...6-8pts here for me with little exception... (those exceptions being proximity of road team) of course, theres nothing scientific or even remotely mathematically written in stone here, but 2.5 isnt even in the same ballpark for any conference, imo.

Missouri Valley is another conference like that. Some of the drives are just brutal.
