Reno Cool, it's time buddy! Seeing how bad Slovakia was has me thinking possibly USA big win wasn't that big? We'll going to see soon! 5d ML presently sits at Russia -165/USA +145! Last time into a hockey game this much was rooting the Leafs on against the Bruins in the playoffs!

Very even matchup so far. US is defending really well against this loltardedly stacked offense.

Seems that Radulov is trying to make some plays (drop passes) but teammates aren't on board. Penalty kill likely to be a problem for Russia. Cant take penalties. Overall play looks ok.
I wish there was more forechecking. Not enough teamwork/movement in the offensive zone.

Russia played some hockey there for 5 minutes in the 2nd. Puck control with movement. Ovechkin Malkin fucking up some good opportunities.
Pretty fun game though.
