I think it is time to get off the beer and go back to some spirits bacon. The beer can get to you in ways you cannot imagine; I bet your swollen legs and your mood swings are a result of drinking too much beer. The yeast in beer can really fuck you up.

Go ahead and don't believe me; it only took me about 2 years to realize I had to stop regularly consuming beer. I know you won't believe but even if you laid off the beer for one week, I bet you would see a difference.
