Pavy I am very biased, I would prefer one of your fellow Americans answer the question for credibility.

I can tell you this, in Detroit 83/100 people wear afro's, compared to only 4/100 in Windsor.
Detroits murder rate is 384X that of Windsor.

Come in July and I can guarantee it will be 90 degrees in Detroit - cross over to Canada and all of a sudden it's only 30 degrees in Windsor.
Speed limit in Detroit is 35, it's 60 in Windsor.

It's like people in Windsor die more than anywhere else.

They throw the bodies into the Detroit River and they must float over to Windsor.

Oakland County is very nice, as is the Port Huron area, by Sarnia. Ohio residents don't go to Canada anymore, they have casinos and whores in Toledo.
