They had McLobster here in GTA for awhile last fall. I saw it but I don't eat at McD's but once every couple of years....

Poutine can be amazing and can be disgusting. In a good poutine, the fries will remain fairly crunchy down to the last bite; otherwise you are eating some weird, gravy/cheese potato soup.

Also, in Quebec, as far as I have experienced, the poutine is not straight up chicken/beef gravy but more of a kind of BBQ or 'Swiss Chalet' style dipping sauce mixed in with the gravy. Matty may be able to confirm this for me. I grew up 10 minutes from the Ont/Que border so I have had my share of Quebec poutine. Mozzarella cheese is not what is supposed to be on there. Crumbling cheap tasteless Mozzarella is NOT Cheddar cheese curd.
Cheese curds are in fact, fresh cheddar cheese that has not yet been put in the mold to become mild, medium or old cheddar. I spent a whole summer working in a cheese factory and have seen the whole process on many occasions. (I don't think I had a proper shit that whole summer...lol)

@ Cami; You are lucky you apologized or I would have sent the Trailer Park boys down to deal with your punk ass.
