Set them on fire in the middle of a big field, then push them into the holes that had already been dug. Cover them with dirt, and be done with them. Incarceration is completely pointless.
Until the world inflicts severe punishment on garbage like this, there will not be a change in the amount of violence inflicted on the innocent. The trash needs to be taken out permanently.
