his dad has asked her to marry him. I am not sure what the excuse...I mean reason she has for not marrying him. Well other than the fact she lives in KY, is from around AL and has family down here that she also comes to visit. Most of the more valuable assets have already been given to the brothers. And Mr. Nina said if there was anything of sentimental value one of his kids wanted he would just take it.

ok...Do you believe she loves him? I guess that's the bigger question. I'm glad to hear the more valuable assets were already distributed to the sons. How often does she come to visit?

Not that often. She has a life up there, not to mention other friends. We know this because *gasp* Mr. Nina's dad is the one who pays for her cell phone bill and Mr. Nina looks at the itemized online statement whenever he wants to. I will laugh when the day comes and she gets hit with the inheritance tax because she isn't smart enough to realize that a spouse isn't taxed. So while she will get the property, she will have to pay taxes on it. BOOOYAH!!!!!!

hahahaa Serves her right. Well, I guess if she makes him happy on some level then it's not a terrible thing. I just don't understand how she would not feel guilty about that if she knows.
