Flyers will go through a fe growing pains, but if Pronger is made Captain (likely will be) he will have things sorted out for them. Claude Giroux will be groomed as the next Captain and all will be well in 2-3 years time.

Sounds accurate to me. In the meantime a trainwreck; definitely no longer one of the elite but should be able to scrap out a playoff spot.
