My recent CRIS experience - skrill payout

I have a CRIS account - I don't use it much but at times it has seen some decent activity.

The only reason I have a balance there right now is from a $200 freeplay I won in an eog poker tourney.

I've run it up to $2k, easily satisfying the rollover requirement.

Requested a skrill payout for $1.5 k on Sunday Oct 6 at 11pm.
As of today the funds haven't been taken from my balance, which isn't unusual.
CRIS takes a few days as far as I can remember.

In the past I've made withdrawal requests and then lost some of the balance and there wasn't enough left to cover the payout, this won't happen again.

I'm going to sit on the balance and wait until they process the withdrawal. I want to see some $$$ from all my action the last week playing there.

This thread is just tracking the payout.
 
I'll give them a call after 6pm tonight if the money doesn't come out of my account by then.

Would rather keep my funds in Matchbook and Pinny, books that pay within minutes of a request.

Like I said though, not bitching just yet. I've only made a $50 deposit to CRIS in the last 6 months and that was just to make sure future deposits/withdrawals would go smoothly to my new skrill email address.

From which book? CRIS?

I haven't got a payout from CRIS in a couple years now but last I recall they only took a day to be processed.

The fastest payouts are always the same places for me.

188bet - pays in seconds, yep, less than a minute to skrill.

Carib - 5 minutes max to skrill

Pinnacle - 5 to 10 minutes to skrill

MarathonBet - 10 mins

Matchbook - 45 mins to a couple hours.

Ladbrokes - request payout at 3am eastern and by 12 noon eastern payout completed.

5Dimes - 12 -24 hours.


Getting paid from skrill is usually same day if you request a wire after midnight to about 3am. Money is in my bank account by 12 noon.

Their e-wallets payouts always suck.

Otherwise some big improvements from cris lately. Decreasing vig unlike at pinnacle where it's going up.

I just called the payout dept at CRIS, spoke to a pleasant lady named Eva, she was friendly and helpful and told me my skrill payout will be completed today.

Rito, yes, a few weeks ago I noticed CRIS has lowered the juice on MLB , and they have been offering some good numbers - in some cases better numbers than Pinny on NHL openers (totals).
Many times CRIS is only a penny off the Pinny number, ie +126 Pinny +125 CRIS.

Looks like they have improved alot since I last played seriously with them in 2010.
 
After being assured the payout would be completed today by Eva at 2pm I checked my skrill account and the funds have not been sent.

Then logged into my CRIS account and the funds haven't been removed from my balance.

So I call in to the payout dept at 8:25PM. I speak with "Sue" and she tells me payouts are not processed after 5pm so it won't be done today.

I remind her that I was told it would be done today and her response was " payouts take 7 - 15 business days etc etc." right from the script.

So now I'm annoyed. I fukkin hate being given the run around. I can wait, just don't fukkin lie to me to shut me up and get me off the phone. If it's going to take a few days just say so. Fukkin Costa Ricans.

I asked "Sue" why CRIS can't process skrill payouts in minutes like other big books (that do it at no charge) and she couldn't answer.

I'll try again after lunch if it hasn't been done by then.

I was extremely sweet to the first broad, she had me on hold for 3 mins while she allegedly checked with someone doing the payouts and told me it would be done today.

Second broad didn't want any part of the conversation.

I'm mildly annoyed at being deceived but since it's a freeplay I can't really complain.

This experience will probably make me rethink ever depositing real money with them.
 
I obviously enjoy being annoyed.

Just got off the phone with "Lily" at BetCRIS who reviewed my transactions and says my payout has been approved and is on the board ready to be processed. This time I was told if it isn't processed today it will be done by tomorrow at the latest.

This is how one of the biggest offshore books in the world operates.
