just watched this episode. Another excellent one. And yes Adam's sister makes me uneasy too. I guess I'm afraid she can take the show in a direction I don't want it to go.
 
We watched this obscure show called Super Bowl XLVIII. There was supposed to be the possibly all time best player in the history of the NFL who got pummeled. It was pretty much boring from beginning to end and I can't think of one commercial that was memorable, the Radio Shack one was decent I guess because we had a Cliff from Cheers siting but still dude - it's Radio Shack. Nice presentation as usual by Fox as usual and props to them because we cancelled Cable and were able to stream it from the laptop to the big screen thanks to them putting up a nice clean one online. Bruno Mars was not awful but didn't really click here but it was nice to see RHCP jumping around like that.

Oh and I'm just about done with the regular Top Gear series. Seems like all their money goes into making their excellent specials, then they have $5k left to make the regular show.

Buy 3 POS beaters, crash them into each other and blow them up at the end.

T'was fun the first 10 years.
 
Yeah my bad we only watched some of episode 1, I forgot what she looked like.

Now I see you have to roll her around in flour to find the wet spot and we also have the half man face.

Is there something attractive/cool about her I'm not getting? I remember her babbling a lot from our viewing.

:lmao: actually her face can be made up kinda cute, as seen in her interviews after the episodes. She did look particularly unattractive in the latest scene of the last episode.

It's dialogue-heavy for sure. If you don't like that you're gonna hate the show. It's like Sex and the City meets Seinfeld meets a bunch of good-for-nothing trust funders.

It's deliciously despicable.

Girls is still hovering at around a 5.4 / 10 level for me. Watchable by virtue of the fact it's only half an hour but I would not really care if I learned it was never going to air again.

There was some improved writing at the start of this season I thought, but the most recent episode was a dog's breakfast. In particular, the scene with the publisher and her assistant was one non-stop wince for me.

Marnie is hot.
