Terri has been on the swimteam since she entered highschool this is her experience.
"I joined the swimteam because I like being in the water and competing. I didn't join to have to wear swimsuits all the time - but one kinda goes with the other. I was pretty shy at first and didn't really want to spend days at a time in a swimsuit being on display, but once you start competing in meets, its just that. You show up in the morning and wear just your swimsuit all day long.
I'm pretty used to being in a suit now and don't care too much who sees. But, I still care very much about the swimsuit looking "proper". The problem is that our coach encourages us to wear swimsuits one size too small for meets. So, there is a tendency for the spandex to ride up. For some of the girls, that doesn't seem to be an issue. But for me, it always seems to end up with me having the camel toe look.
I hate feeling it. And its impossible to not feel it, as you walk the swimsuit simply wiggles up between your legs and right away I feel my lips spreading apart as it settles between them. At first, I try to pick it out, but its impossible to adjust your suit all day long. Eventually, I just leave it be.
When I wearing a suit and I can feel the camel toe I feel embarrassed. It isn't too uncomfortable physically, but just knowing that everyone can see it makes me feel weird. Plus, once the swimsuit is up inside like that, I feel the movement of the fabric on my clitoris a lot. I know you always feel some rubbing when in a swimsuit, but it's a lot more extreme once it has ridden up.
I wish I had a solution for the problem, but I really don't. I just try to ignore it. Of my five or six closest friends, it only happens to two of us. Maybe its my body shape, or just bad luck. But it always happens to me."
