Solskjaer and Sheringham. Don't know how those cunts pulled it off. The inbred cunts always used to bring that game up for years, until 2005, when magic happened.

Whatever those manc cunts did in 99 was overshadowed by our run in the CL. We beat the best sides in Europe with what was a very average side. Brilliant year.

Yes that was a great year

I thought the magic was happening in 2008 until the own goal. Riise was a good player for us, but whenver I see his name, all I can think of is this.

That was horrible, just horrible. For a guy who gave us some fantastic memories, it was a terrible last memory he left us with. I also remember screaming in frustration at Torres, who was sent through a couple of times by Gerrard, but Fernando failed to control the ball and let go of two massive chances.

2009 was amazing too, where our run ended with a 4-4 draw at SB. I still remember running out of class early, just in time to see Aurelio's freekick. A bit of luck in that game and we would have made another brilliant comeback.

Athens 07 was the worst memory I have as a Liverpool fan. Only rivalled by the end of 08/09 season. First CL final for me to go to, the Olympiakos fans were fantastic, treating us like their own. Brought us tons of pints, opened their doors for us and gave away so many things to us - just brilliant. Then a fantastic start by Liverpool but two horrible goals: the freekick hitting Inzaghi's arm and then Inzaghi being marginally offside for the 2nd. Defo tarnished my memory of Pippo a bit. I was almost about to burst into tears, except for the Kuyt goal, which gave us a bit of chance. Needless to say, I cried on the way back to the hotel.

I really hope we get back in the Champions' League. We belong there, more than any other club in England. Some fantastic nights on the Kop and on aways.
