seriously ? you could get a mansion over there for the same price you get a 1 bedroom 1 bath in the washington dc area.

picture above same price as a 2 bedroom condo in the us. might just buy something over there for the fu Ck of it and live there a couple months out of the year !

any advise ? thoughts ?

it's up for sale for 1.3 million for 1.75 acres so most likely could talk them down to 1 million. not a bad deal at all !
