How to get the most value out of a justbet freeplay?

I have heard that they do not allow 3 team parlays to get 75% value. What is not the next best play?

For example, find an game with a -1000/+900 line between two sportsbooks and use the freeplay (let's assume it's $100) on the +900 (although the actual price is +800 since you're not getting your freeplay stake returned). Bet $725 at -1000 and use the freeplay on the +900 line - if the favorite wins then you win $72.50 and if the underdog wins then you get $75 overall (-725 on the favorite, +800 on the underdog).
